Matt White Fitness

Certified Personal Trainer

I am a certified personal trainer in Northglenn, Colorado. Offering in-home training or come to the gym to get the results you are looking for.

- Do you have a friend or loved-one with similar fitness levels and want to workout together? Split a one-hour session for a less expensive cost.

  • Buddy/Couples Training

- Seeing a trainer two to three hours a week will not get you in the shape you want. Guidance along the way with the hours outside of the gym adds up; therefore, use this program to get help along the way for a more manageable experience.

  • Coaching and Life Style Changes

- Have a facility to train at? I offer a one-hour dynamic training session in the comfort of your own home.

  • In-Home Training Sessions

- This is the traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. This is a great way to lose weight, build music, tone up your body and stay in great shape.

- Let's face it, eating is one of the hardest things to grasp and it is one of the most important aspects to getting your body in shape (70% nutritional and 30% physical activity). This aspect of training allows individuals to get the information they need when it comes to eating right.

-I also offer this program online, too. With this program, we stay in touch weekly about your eating habits and facilitate the conversation that way.

  • Kettle-bell Training
  • Nutritional Guidance and Healthy Eating Habits

- This is a one-hour dynamic training session designed around your needs at my facility. Depending on what you are looking to achieve from the program, I will tailor the exercises to help you reach your goals.

  • Personal Training Sessions:

-  No matter what health issues you may have in your life, I will work with you in order to get you to a healthy lifestyle. It does not matter if you have diabetes, pre/post natal care, Senior citizens or children.... There are programs that can be designed to help you live an active and healthy lifestyle.

  • Special Population Training

- Cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength training are key ingredients to a healthy lifestyle. Without this aspect, getting rid of those unwanted pounds is very difficult but this is also a key aspect to a healthy heart.

  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Weight Loss Management

- This topic is not an easy fix and is complete lifestyle change. Taking your goals and breaking them down into a program where you will see the results.
